Projects
This page is a simple map of where my work shows up in the world. Some projects are public. Others are intentionally quiet. The common thread is relational clarity — creating space for better conversations, better decisions, and more durable trust.
Writing-in-progress
Creating Space is a long-form writing project about blind spots, trauma residue, relationship repair, and the quiet practices that help people return to themselves. It’s not a productivity book. It’s more like a room you step into.
If and when I share excerpts, they’ll appear on the Writing page.
Professional work
Some of my work becomes courses, advisory engagements, and practical frameworks for leaders and organizations. I’m careful about keeping johnkrogh.com non-promotional, so this section stays high-level by design.
- Value Shepherd — professional training and advisory work (BRM / ITIL / leadership development)
- BRITE — Business Relationship Intelligence: building relationship capability as a strategic discipline
- Relationship Rumble — experiential learning designed to surface blind spots and grow relational capacity
If you’re here because of a specific project or collaboration, the simplest next step is to use the contact page.
How I choose projects
I’m drawn to work that values honesty over optics, learning over posturing, and relationship over control. I’m not interested in “performing” transformation. I’m interested in what holds up when things get hard.
